Front Office Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk & Reception Management

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes
  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries 

Administrative Support

  • Manage meeting room bookings and schedules
  • Coordinate appointments and maintain calendars
  • Support internal teams with administrative tasks
  • Maintain office records, files, and documentation

Office Coordination

  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the reception area
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and facility teams
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies
  • Assist in travel arrangements and bookings (if required) 

Communication & Coordination

  • Act as a point of contact between employees and external stakeholders
  • Handle basic inquiries and direct them appropriately
  • Support HR/Admin team in onboarding activities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduated in any discipline
  • 1+ years of experience in front office/reception/admin role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized
