Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk & Reception Management
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries
Administrative Support
- Manage meeting room bookings and schedules
- Coordinate appointments and maintain calendars
- Support internal teams with administrative tasks
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation
Office Coordination
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and facility teams
- Monitor and replenish office supplies
- Assist in travel arrangements and bookings (if required)
Communication & Coordination
- Act as a point of contact between employees and external stakeholders
- Handle basic inquiries and direct them appropriately
- Support HR/Admin team in onboarding activities
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduated in any discipline
- 1+ years of experience in front office/reception/admin role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
