Uniworld Outsourcing LLP is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our international IT services and BPO (voice and non-voice) business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth across global markets including the US, UK, EMEA, and APAC regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in IT services and BPO (voice and non-voice) across international markets.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, online platforms, cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
- Understand client requirements and propose tailored IT/BPO solutions.
- Develop and deliver impactful sales presentations, proposals, and demo calls for prospective clients.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle including meetings, negotiations, and deal closures with decision-makers.
- Collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets while maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
- Maintain accurate records of activities, leads, and opportunities in CRM tools.
- Stay updated on industry trends, global markets, and competitor activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in international business development or sales in IT services and/or BPO.
- Strong communication and presentation skills (spoken and written English).
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.
- Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work in flexible shifts aligned with international time zones.
