Job Role:
- Software Engineer (WordPress Developer).
Job Summary:
- Responsible for both front-end and back-end development.
- Focus on creating and maintaining WordPress plugins and web applications.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Design and implement new features for WordPress-based solutions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Develop scalable web applications using PHP/MySQL.
- Manage project tasks, timelines, and communication.
- Follow engineering best practices and coding standards.
- Create and execute test cases to ensure quality.
- Provide technical support and resolve client issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with 1–3 years of experience.
- Expertise in WordPress plugin and theme development (hooks and filters).
- Proficiency in debugging, wp_query, meta_query, wp-cli, and Git.
- Experience with Elementor, Gutenberg, and localization (i18n).
- Familiarity with WooCommerce and LearnDash.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Team player with client interaction experience (preferred).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduation in a relevant field.
