Key Responsibilities:
- Understand creative briefs and team requirements to produce video content aligned with project goals.
- Edit and assemble raw footage into finished videos with logical flow and strong visual continuity.
- Add music, dialogues, graphics, special effects, animations, and subtitles.
- Ensure final output meets quality standards and is suitable for various platforms (social media, websites, campaigns).
- Collaborate with producers, videographers, designers, and other stakeholders.
- Organize and maintain video assets for easy access and future reuse.
- Stay updated with new editing techniques and visual trends.
Required Skills:
- Strong visual storytelling and sense of timing.
- Proficiency with industry‑standard editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Avid Media Composer or similar.
- Familiarity with sound design, color grading, motion graphics, and compositing.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team under tight deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and creative problem‑solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in Film, Media, Communication, Animation, Visual Arts, or related fields.
- Portfolio demonstrating diverse editing work and creative flair.
- Experience with digital content for YouTube, Instagram, and other social platforms.
