  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines, track progress, and maintain accurate records.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and provide timely updates.
  • Organize and conduct effective interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract high-caliber candidates.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the hiring process.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, with a strong understanding of non-IT hiring needs.
  • Excellent interviewing skills and the ability to effectively assess candidate suitability for various roles.
  • Proficiency in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline the recruitment process and manage candidate data.
