Role Overview:
- High-energy, results-oriented IT Sales Executive role
- Acts as a bridge between technical expertise and client business needs
- Focus on identifying opportunities, nurturing leads, and closing deals
- Involves selling IT services such as Custom Software Development, Web App Solutions, and Managed IT Systems
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn networking, and email outreach
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders (CTOs, IT Managers, CEOs)
Sales Lifecycle Management:
- Manage the full sales funnel from discovery calls to closing deals
Consultative Selling:
- Understand client pain points and propose tailored IT solutions with the technical team
Market Analysis:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies
Reporting:
- Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and forecasts in CRM
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of B2B sales experience (IT Services or SaaS preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Familiarity with SDLC and IT infrastructure (preferred)
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
- Experience with sales tools (Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
