Job Title: HR Executive
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle (onboarding, induction, and exit formalities).
- Prepare and maintain employee documentation and HR records.
- Handle monthly payroll inputs, salary slips, attendance, and leave tracking.
- Coordinate with Finance for PF & ESIC compliance and salary processing.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT & Non-IT roles (sourcing, screening, interviews).
- Post jobs on platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, Hirist, and Unstop.
- Address employee queries and share internal communications.
- Organize engagement activities such as monthly birthday celebrations.
Requirements
- Graduate in HR or related field.
- 1–4 years of HR experience.
- Knowledge of payroll & statutory compliance (PF, ESIC).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
