Role Overview:
We are looking for motivated individuals who are comfortable interacting with people and want hands-on experience in sales and customer engagement.
This role involves working closely with the team to connect with housing societies, understand their needs, and support onboarding efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Outreach
- Identify and approach housing societies, RWAs, and apartment associations
- Conduct cold visits, calls, and WhatsApp outreach
- Build and maintain a database of society leads
Product Pitching
- Explain product features and benefits to society admins
- Conduct basic demos (online or on-site)
- Clearly communicate the value of different plans
On-ground Execution
- Visit societies nearby
- Assist in onboarding admins, guards, and RWAs
- Support pilot launches and collect feedback
Sales Support & Reporting
- Track conversations, follow-ups, and conversions
- Share regular updates with the team
- Capture customer feedback and objections
Requirements:
Must-have
- Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
- Comfortable talking to new people and decision-makers
- Willingness to work on-ground
Good-to-have
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, or fieldwork
- Basic understanding of housing societies / RWAs
- Students or freshers eager to learn
