- Desktop Engineer
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Install, configure and troubleshoot Windows OS (Windows 10/11) and basic software.
- Provide support for desktop, laptop, printer, scanner, and peripherals.
- Basic knowledge of LAN, WiFi, IP configuration, and network connectivity issues.
- Install and configure MS Office, Outlook, antivirus, drivers, and other applications.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware issues such as RAM, HDD/SSD, SMPS, motherboard etc.
- Provide on-site and remote support to users.
- Configure email in Outlook and webmail.
- Basic troubleshooting of network printers and shared folders.
