Content Writer

Roles:

  • Work as a Content Copywriter, writing engaging scripts and storytelling formats for digital platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and Shorts.
  • Create both short-form scripts (Reels/Shorts) and long-form YouTube video narratives.
  • Shape the creative direction of content, ensuring strong hooks, storytelling flow, and visual clarity.
  • Collaborate with editors and strategists to maintain a consistent brand voice and content identity.

Responsibilities:

  • Write high-retention scripts for YouTube videos (12–15 minutes) and multiple short-form videos daily.
  • Research AI tools, workflows, and industry trends to develop engaging content ideas.
  • Craft scroll-stopping hooks and compelling introductions that capture attention immediately.
  • Structure scripts using storytelling techniques like open loops, pattern interrupts, and payoff pacing to maximize watch time.
  • Define visual storytelling direction and guide editors on overlays, pacing, transitions, and on-screen elements.
  • Create creative briefs, references, and mood boards for the editing and production team.
  • Maintain consistent messaging and tone across all platforms.
  • Continuously bring fresh content ideas and formats aligned with AI trends.

Requirements:

  • Portfolio of copywriting, scripts, or digital content demonstrating engagement or performance.
  • Strong understanding of YouTube, Instagram, and short-form video formats.
  • Ability to write in a clear, engaging, conversational tone.
  • Strong research skills to simplify complex AI topics into easy-to-understand narratives.
  • Ability to think visually, describing how the content should appear on screen.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with daily content output.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience writing scripts for YouTube or digital video content.
