Business Development Internship

This role is the aggressive front line of Elgrace’s talent division. The intern will operate as a dedicated B2B sales engine, relentlessly connecting our roster of models and actors with key industry decision-makers. The primary objective is to capture market share by securing casting briefs, auditions, and direct bookings from production houses, creative agencies, and core brand POCs.

Key Responsibilities:

High-Volume Industry Outreach

  • Execute relentless daily cold calls to a highly targeted list of production houses, casting directors, line producers, and creative agencies.
  • Deploy aggressive, tailored cold emails and direct messages on LinkedIn to bypass gatekeepers and reach the actual decision-makers (Brand Managers, Creative Directors, Lead Producers).
  • Pitch Elgrace’s exclusive models and actors for upcoming ad campaigns, fashion shoots, films, and commercial projects.

B2B Lead Generation & Database Building

  • Scrape, research, and continuously expand a pristine database of industry contacts, specifically targeting active production companies and agencies holding major brand accounts.
  • Identify the exact Point of Contact (POC) responsible for talent booking within target organizations.
  • Monitor industry news to identify which brands or production houses are gearing up for new campaigns or shoots, and intercept them before they cast elsewhere.

Pitching & Pipeline Management

  • Qualify leads instantly and secure initial meetings, portfolio reviews, or direct casting briefs for the core team.
  • Follow up obsessively with casting directors and producers to keep Elgrace talent at the top of their consideration list.
  • Direct industry contacts to Elgrace’s automated casting portal to showcase how quickly and efficiently we can handle their model shortlisting and submission process.

Market Intelligence & Conversion Tracking

  • Operate with a hardcore closing mindset, tracking every call, email, and casting brief secured in the agency’s CRM.
  • Gather immediate on-the-ground feedback from production houses on what specific “looks” or talent profiles are currently in high demand, feeding this back to the recruitment team.
