Roles:
- First focus is operational excellence for your set of cities – this involves the selection and training of new partners and improving the current partners’ quality. This is the crux and main focus of the role. It is an operations-heavy role.
Responsibilities:
- Handle partner management & onboarding.
- Handle city metrics and operations in the cluster.
- Work on the end-to-end category operations
Requirements:
- Fluent in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
- Must have a laptop.
- Working knowledge of Google Sheets.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
