Role Overview:

  • High-energy, results-oriented IT Sales Executive role
  • Acts as a bridge between technical expertise and client business needs
  • Focus on identifying opportunities, nurturing leads, and closing deals
  • Involves selling IT services such as Custom Software Development, Web App Solutions, and Managed IT Systems

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn networking, and email outreach

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders (CTOs, IT Managers, CEOs)

Sales Lifecycle Management:

  • Manage the full sales funnel from discovery calls to closing deals

Consultative Selling:

  • Understand client pain points and propose tailored IT solutions with the technical team

Market Analysis:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies

Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and forecasts in CRM

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of B2B sales experience (IT Services or SaaS preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Familiarity with SDLC and IT infrastructure (preferred)
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
  • Experience with sales tools (Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
