Role Overview: We are looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage and grow Manpho Media Corp’s online presence, generate leads for the sales team, and build the brand digitally across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute social media campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Create engaging content — posts, reels, stories, and creatives — showcasing billboard locations and campaigns
- Manage Google Ads and Meta Ads for lead generation and brand awareness
- Handle the company website — update content, optimize for SEO, and ensure it stays current
- Generate and share leads with the BDE/sales team from digital channels
- Track and report performance of all digital campaigns — reach, impressions, leads, and conversions
- Coordinate with the creative team for graphics and video content
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends on digital platforms
- Manage email marketing campaigns for client outreach and follow-ups
- Maintain and grow the company’s LinkedIn presence to attract B2B clients and brand partnerships
Key Skills Required:
- Hands-on experience in social media management and paid ads (Meta & Google)
- Basic graphic design skills — Canva or Adobe tools.
- Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics
- Good written communication in English
- Creative thinking with an eye for visual content
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Requirements:
- 1 – 2 years of digital marketing experience
- Graduation in Marketing, Mass Communication, or any related field
- Portfolio of past work or campaigns handled will be an added advantage
