Graphic Designer

We are looking for a high-energy, visually-driven Graphic Designer to join our team. This isn’t a role for someone who just “makes things look pretty”—we need a creative thinker who understands the architecture of a brand and can translate complex concepts into stunning visual identities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Identity: Develop comprehensive brand guidelines, including logos, typography, color palettes, and brand voices.
  • Creative Thinking: Brainstorm and execute “big picture” concepts for marketing campaigns that stand out in a crowded market.
  • Niche Expertise: Create high-end collateral for real estate projects, including brochures, site branding, digital ads, and social media content.
  • Digital & Print: Design everything from sleek Instagram layouts to large-scale site hoardings and physical brand touchpoints.
  • Collaboration: Work directly with the strategy team to ensure every design aligns with the overall business goals.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a design role (agency experience preferred).
  • Technical Skills: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Motion graphics or UI/UX skills are a major plus.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio that demonstrates not just “art,” but branding systems and strategic design thinking.
  • Detail-Oriented: An obsession with grids, white space, and pixel-perfect execution.
  • The “Hustle”: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing creative quality.
