Job Summary:
Kefaru Technologies Pvt Ltd is looking for a skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building scalable Salesforce solutions and working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement solutions in Sales Cloud (Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Forecasting) and Service Cloud (Cases, Entitlements, SLAs, Omni-Channel)
- Customize sales processes including lead management, opportunity tracking, pipeline visibility, and forecasting
- Develop and enhance Service Cloud features such as case management, automation, assignment rules, escalation rules, and knowledge base
- Configure and optimize Omni-Channel, Service Console, and CTI integrations
- Build automation using Flows, Process Builder, and Apex
- Implement workflows, approval processes, and business logic for sales and service lifecycles
- Develop Lightning Web Components (LWC) for improved user experience
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems and third-party services
- Ensure data quality, security, and sharing rules
- Analyze business requirements and provide scalable solutions aligned with Salesforce best practices
- Troubleshoot and optimize performance issues
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL
- Experience with APIs and integration frameworks
- Good understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and security
- Hands-on experience with Flows and automation tools
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
