Graphic Designer

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Amazon Marketing Images:

  • Design high-quality product images, including lifestyle images, infographics, and A+ content, that meet Amazon’s strict guidelines
  • Create banners and ads that are visually appealing and optimize product visibility on Amazon’s platform
  • Work with the product and marketing teams to align images with the brand’s message and target audience

Social Media Content:

  • Design compelling and creative images for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Develop branded content for campaigns, stories, posts, and ads to engage the audience and drive brand awareness
  • Collaborate with the social media team to create graphics that align with ongoing campaigns and product promotions

Website Banners:

  • Design eye-catching website banners that enhance the user experience and align with the company’s brand identity
  • Create promotional banners for sales, discounts, and new product launches, ensuring consistency across the website

Video Content Creation:

  • Create dynamic and engaging short-form videos (e.g., Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) for social media platforms to promote products and campaigns
  • Edit and compile video footage to produce high-energy, professional videos with clear calls to action
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to strategize on video content to effectively communicate product features, promotions, and brand values

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design, specifically for e-commerce, social media, and website design
  • Proven experience with Amazon image guidelines, product photography, and A+ content creation

Skills:

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing and the ability to create compelling visuals that drive engagement
  • Ability to create visually appealing designs that align with brand aesthetics and customer preferences
  • Familiarity with video editing tools and best practices for creating engaging social media videos
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to produce polished, high-quality content under tight deadlines

Personal Attributes:

  • Creative, with a keen eye for design trends and innovation
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with the marketing team
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple design projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with motion graphics and animation
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS or web design tools is a plus
  • Experience working with e-commerce platforms and product listing optimization
  • Familiarity with social media advertising tools and strategies
