Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Manage and oversee social media content across multiple platforms, ensuring it aligns with our clients’ brand and business objectives.
- Measure the success of every social media campaign, influencer campaigns, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies, and incorporate new marketing strategies as appropriate.
- Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative, appealing, and on-brand.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams to create a cohesive and integrated marketing strategy.
- Engage with our clients’ online communities and respond to comments and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage a content calendar to plan and schedule all social media activities.
Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of all major social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.) and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
- Excellent understanding of social media KPIs, web traffic metrics, and SEO.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Outstanding communication, multitasking, and analytical skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to work independently.
