Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Assist in planning and executing digital campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google Ads, and LinkedIn.
- Create and manage content calendars, coordinate with design teams, and publish content regularly.
- Monitor and optimize social media performance, engagement, and audience growth.
- Support SEO/SEM activities, keyword research, and website traffic optimization.
- Work on email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and automation workflows.
- Manage analytics and reporting using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and similar platforms.
- Coordinate with creative, production, and editorial teams for campaign alignment.
- Track social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital tools.
- Support influencer outreach and collaborations when required.
- Maintain brand communication guidelines across all digital channels.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager).
- Understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content marketing.
- Strong communication, storytelling, and content coordination skills.
- Creativity and ability to work effectively with design/content teams.
- Ability to analyze data and derive insights from digital analytics.
- Familiarity with Canva, basic video editing, or other creative tools (added advantage).
